  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil - For searing the beef
  • 8 oz Mushrooms - Sliced mushrooms
  • 1 medium - Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic - Minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp Butter - Butter
  • 1 cup Beef broth - Beef broth
  • ½ cup Sour cream - Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard - Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce - Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Flour All-purpose flour - For thickening sauce
  • To taste Fresh parsley - For garnish
For Serving:
  • Egg noodles rice, or mashed potatoes

Method
 

  1. Slice the beef into thin strips, season with salt and pepper, and pat dry. Let rest at room temperature.

  2. Heat a skillet, add oil, and sear the beef in small batches until browned. Remove and set aside.
