- Let cream cheese come to room temperature. Shred cooked chicken and grate all cheese. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, ranch dressing, and mayonnaise. Mix well.
- Stir in Frank’s RedHot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Gently fold in shredded chicken and half of the shredded cheese.
- Spread into a greased 9x13 baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 20–25 minutes. Let rest and garnish before serving.
