Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Cream cheese - Softened
  • ½ cup Sour cream - Or Greek yogurt for lighter option
  • ¼ cup Ranch dressing - Add extra tablespoon for flavor boost
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise - Optional adds creaminess
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese - Shredded
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese - Shredded
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken - Shredded rotisserie recommended
  • ½ cup Frank's RedHot sauce - Adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • Optional Blue cheese crumbles - For garnish
  • Optional Green onions - Sliced for garnish
  • Optional Celery pieces - For garnish or dipping
  • Optional Extra hot sauce - For added spice

Method
 

  1. Let cream cheese come to room temperature. Shred cooked chicken and grate all cheese. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, ranch dressing, and mayonnaise. Mix well.

  3. Stir in Frank’s RedHot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.

  4. Gently fold in shredded chicken and half of the shredded cheese.
