  • ½ cup Diced tomatoes - Fresh
  • ½ cup Shredded lettuce - Romaine or iceberg
  • ¼ cup Sour cream - Or plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup Salsa or salsa verd - Max’s favorite
  • ¼ cup Diced onions - Optional
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro - Chopped optional

Method
 

  1. Warm the tortillas on a skillet until they are soft and pliable.
