- Wash well, peel if desired, and chop into small chunks.
- Juicer: feed carrots (and extras) through chute. Blender: add carrots + splash of water and blend until smooth.
- If using blender, pour mixture through fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth. Press pulp to extract all liquid.
- Add lemon juice, ginger, honey, or fruit (apple/orange) to taste.
- Drink immediately over ice for best flavor, or refrigerate up to 2–3 days.
