  • ¼ cup Fresh cilantro - Chopped
  • 1-2 Jalapeño or serrano peppers - Diced optional
  • ½ teaspoon Sea salt - Adjust to taste
  • ½ cup Diced tomatoes - Fresh cherry tomatoes preferred
  • ½ cup Cucumber - Diced or sliced
  • 1 Avocado - Diced add right before serving
  • 1 tablespoon Orange juice - Optional for a hint of sweetness
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil - Optional to enrich the flavors

Method
 

  1. Cut the fish into small cubes and marinate in lime juice.
