Base Dough
  • 1 cup Cottage cheese - Full-fat or low-fat
  • 1 Egg - Large
  • 1 cup Almond flour - Finely ground
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Baking powder - Aluminum-free recommended
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt - Fine
Optional Toppings / Add-ins
  • 1 Egg for brushing - Lightly beaten
  • To taste Everything bagel seasoning - On top before baking
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder - Mixed into dough or topping
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds - For topping
  • 1 tablespoon Dried herbs - Optional – basil dill, etc.

Method
 

  1. Combine cottage cheese and egg in a bowl until the mixture is smooth.
