Ingredients
  

  • 1lb Ground beef _ Or turkeychicken, or sausage
  • 1 ~10 oz Nacho cheese Doritos _ Crushed, divided
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese _ Or Mexican blend
  • 1 10.5 oz Cream of mushroom soup _ Or cream of chicken
  • ½ cup Sour cream _ Can swap with Greek yogurt
  • 1packet Taco seasoning _ Or homemade mix
  • 1 Onion _ Diced
  • 1 15 oz Corn _ Drained
  • 1 15 oz Black beans _ Optional, drained & rinsed
  • 1 14.5 oz Diced tomatoes _ Drained
  • 1 Bell pepper _ Chopped
  • Extra Cheese _ For topping optional

Equipment

  • 1 9x13 baking dish (Glass or metal both work)
  • 1 Large skillet (For browning meat)
  • 1 Can opener (For soup and beans)
  • 1 Wooden spoon (For stirring)
  • 1 set Measuring cups (For sour cream, soup, cheese)
  • 1 Cheese grater (If grating cheese fresh)

Method
 

  1. Brown beef in skillet, drain grease, season with taco mix

  2. Stir cream of mushroom soup and sour cream together

  3. Spread meat in baking dish, add soup mix, veggies, and cheese
