  • 1 large Banana _ Frozen,broken into chunks
  • ½ cup Milk _ Any kind cow’s, oat, almond, coconut
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt _ Plain or vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon Honey _ Optional for sweetness
  • ½ cup Ice _ Adjust for texture

  • ½ cup Frozen mango _ For extra tropical flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds _ For fiber & omega-3s
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract _ Adds sweetness without sugar

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Scoop dragon fruit, break banana, and measure milk with yogurt.
