  • 1 cup Gruyere cheese - Freshly grated
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese - Grated
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese - Shredded
  • 2 tbsp Fresh chives - For garnish
  • ¼ tsp Red pepper flakes - Optional heat

Method
 

  1. Slowly cook sliced onions in butter until they turn golden brown, soft, and jammy.
