  • 12 rolls Dinner rolls _ Frozen refrigerated, or homemade
  • 4 tablespoon Butter _ Softened
  • 2–3 cloves Fresh garlic _ Minced finely
  • ½ teaspoon Salt _ Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning _ Or fresh herbs
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese _ Shredded
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese _ Grated
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley _ Chopped, for garnish for garnish

  • 1 Baking sheet (Lined with parchment or foil)
  • 1 Pastry brush/spoon (For spreading garlic butter)
  • 1 Small bowl (To mix garlic butter)
  • 1 Garlic press/knife (For mincing fresh garlic)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare the baking sheet properly.
    Fresh parsley, garlic cloves, a bulb of garlic, coarse salt, chopped herbs, and grated Parmesan cheese arranged on a rustic wooden board.
  2. Mix softened butter with garlic and seasoning together.
