Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Milk powder - Full-fat preferred
  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour - Sifted
  • ½ teaspoon Baking powder - Fresh for best results
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee or melted butter
  • 6–7 tablespoon Whole milk - Add gradually
  • ¼ teaspoon Cardamom powder - Optional
Sugar Syrup:
  • 1.5 cups Granulated sugar
  • 1.25 cups Water
  • 4–5 Cardamom pods - Lightly crushed
  • 1 tablespoon Rose water - Adjust to taste
  • Few Saffron strands - Optional
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice - Prevents crystallization
Frying:
  • As needed Vegetable oil or ghee - For deep frying

Method
 

  1. Boil sugar with water, cardamom, and saffron slowly.
