Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Chicken breast or thighs - Boneless skinless
  • ¼ cup Raw honey
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Whole grain mustard
  • 2 cloves Garlic - Minced or smashed
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme leaves - Or substitute with dried thyme
  • to taste Salt & black pepper
  • optional Smoked paprika / red pepper flakes / lemon zest / rosemary - For variation

Method
 

  1. Pat dry the chicken, season both sides with salt and pepper, and let rest while preparing glaze

  2. Whisk together honey, Dijon, whole grain mustard, garlic, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar
