  • ½ teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract - Optional
  • 1 pinch Salt
For Cooking
  • 1 tablespoon Butter - For greasing the pan
  • 1 tablespoon Water - To steam while cooking
For Toppings (Optional)
  • Powdered sugar - For dusting
  • Fresh berries - Strawberries blueberries
  • Maple syrup - Warmed

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Separate eggs and prepare all your ingredients
