  • 1–2 teaspoon Matcha powder - Ceremonial grade sifted
  • 2 oz Hot water - About 175°F not boiling
🔸 For Matcha Latte:
  • ½ cup Milk of choice - Oat dairy, almond, or coconut
  • Sweetener to taste - Honey maple syrup, stevia, etc.
  • 2 oz Hot water - For dissolving matcha

  • 1 Bamboo whisk (Best for frothing matcha)
  • 1 Fine mesh strainer (Helps remove clumps from matcha powder)
  • 1 Small bowl (For whisking (ceramic or glass preferred))
  • 1 Measuring spoon (For accurate matcha and water amounts)
  • 1 Kettle or pot (To heat water to 175°F)

Method
 

  1. Measure matcha, heat water to 175°F, and set out tools like a whisk and bowl.

  2. Sift 1–2 teaspoon of matcha powder into a small bowl to remove clumps.
