  • ¾ cup Plain Greek yogurt _ Room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Sugar
  • 2–3 tablespoon Warm water _ Adjust as needed
  • 2 tablespoon Oil _ For cooking
For Serving
  • 3 tablespoon Butter _ Melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic _ Minced
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro _ Chopped
Optional Extras
  • 1 pinch Garlic powder _ For flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Nigella seeds or sesame seeds _ Sprinkle on top

Method
 

  1. Mix flour, yogurt, and water to make a soft dough
