🧀 Cheese:
  • 6–8 sticks String cheese - Or block mozzarella cut into sticks
🍳 Coating:
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 Eggs - Beaten
  • ¼ cup Buttermilk - Or milk + lemon juice substitute
  • ¾ cup Panko breadcrumbs - For crunch
  • ¼ cup Regular breadcrumbs - For texture
🔥 Nashville Seasoning:
  • 1 tablespoon Cayenne pepper - Adjust for spice preference
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika - Smoked works great too
  • 2 teaspoon Brown sugar - For sweet heat balance
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
🔥 Finishing Butter:
  • 3 tablespoon Butter - Melted
  • 1 tablespoon Honey - Optional but recommended
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper - Mix into melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Brown sugar - For gloss & flavor
🛢️ Frying Oil:
  • As needed Vegetable oil - Canola oil also works

Method
 

  1. Unwrap string cheese and prepare ingredients for coating.
