  • 2 lbs Boneless chicken thighs - Cut into 1-inch bite-sized chunks
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Cornstarch - Helps keep coating crispy
  • 2 large Eggs beaten

  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • Oil - For frying

  • 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar - Or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Orange zest - From fresh orange
  • 2 cloves Garlic - minced
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger - grated
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch - For slurry
  • 3 tablespoons Water - Mix with cornstarch
  • 2 stalks Green onions - chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds - Optional garnish
  • Cooked rice - White or brown

Method
 

  1. Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized chunks and season with salt and pepper.
