  • 4 whole Ripe peaches - Washed pitted, cut into chunks
  • 3 whole Lemons - Juiced and strained
  • 4 tablespoon Sugar or honey - Adjust to taste
  • 4 cups Cold water - Add gradually for strength
  • 2 cups Ice cubes - For serving
  • handful Fresh mint leaves - Optional garnish
  • splash Sparkling water - Optional for fizz
  • 1 Lime juice - Optional extra tang

Method
 

  1. Wash peaches, pit, cut into chunks, and juice lemons

  2. Blend peaches, lemon juice, and sweetener until smooth
