For the Sauce:
  • 3 tablespoon Butter
  • 3 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Beef broth - Low-sodium preferred
  • ½ cup Heavy cream - Or half & half
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce - Or coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon Lingonberry jam - Or cranberry sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard - Optional but recommended

  • 1 Large skillet (12-inch is ideal)
  • 2 Mixing bowls (For meat and breadcrumb mixture)
  • 1 Whisk (For sauce)
  • 1 Wooden spoon (Optional, for stirring sauce)

Method
 

  1. Let breadcrumbs soak in heavy cream for ten full minutes.
