  • ½ cup Diced onion - Yellow or white onion
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese - Mexican blend or cheddar
  • Sour cream - For serving optional

  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro - Chopped optional garnish

  • 1 Large skillet (For browning the meat)
  • 1 Spoon (For scooping filling)

  • Mixing bowls (Essential for non-stick wrappers)
  • Brush (optional) (For oil or butter coating)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and spray the muffin tin with cooking spray.

  2. Press wonton wrappers into muffin cups and brush lightly with oil.

  3. Brown ground meat with onion, then add taco seasoning and cook it down.
